Our aim is that Senate Properties will be known as an innovative, developing organisation. We are actively involved in the sector’s development projects and we create the sector’s best practices. We develop and renew our own operations in order to achieve the best solutions for our customers’ premises needs. In terms of social responsibility, our main development projects have included the preparation of a social responsibility strategy, the development and certification of an environmental system based on the ISO 14001 standard, and the creation and implementation of procedures for ecological building.
