Social Responsibility

Senate Properties published its seventh Social Responsibility Report in April 2009. The report describes the social, financial and environmental aspects of Senate Properties’ social responsibility initiatives. Additionally, the report covers changes occurring in 2008 compared with 2007, Senate Properties’ social responsibility strategy, and the aims that have been derived from this strategy.

The report has been compiled in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines on the contents and procedures of social responsibility reporting. The report also follows the separate GRI protocols on the reporting of energy and water consumption. A comparison between reported indicators and GRI recommendations is included at the end of the report.
