Its key components comprise an environmental report made for each project during the feasibility study, and the environmental objectives set at the project planning stage. The key environmental objectives cover the energy consumption and adaptability of the building. Attention is also paid to the quality of indoor air, the healthiness of the building materials, and the ease of maintenance and repairs to the building. Objectives for useful life are set for the project and building-specific plans for useful life are prepared. The implementation of the environmental objectives is assessed at the planning stage and during commissioning.
