Sunday 21st Workshop Opening

The Workshop will open with a reception on Sunday night at the Opera, which is in a walking distance from the conference hotel Crowne Plaza Helsinki (www.crowneplaza-helsinki.fi). The registration will be in the lobby of the hotel.
Monday 22nd Workplace

Monday is dedicated for workplace theme. The day starts in the hotel meeting rooms with presentations and case studies and continues after lunch with a visit to Nokia. Late afternoon includes an exploration of a historic sea fortress and dinner on site.

The day begins at Senate head quarters and is followed by a tour to Technical Research Centre of Finland (VTT). Between VTT and evening program there is a short stop at hotel. Poster sessions are held in conjunction with live music and buffet dinner.
