Senate Properties mostly lets premises to government bodies. Around 90 per cent of the rent yield from premises comes from offices and institutions within the budget economy. Clients also include a few municipalities, government-aided bodies and private organisations.

A considerable number of Senate Properties` buildings are user-linked or limited by use. Senate Properties three property regions are largely responsible for letting the properties and daily customer care. We strive for long-term leases, which are also a condition for investments.
